Rwanda-Singapore Memorandum of Understanding on mutual socio-economic development

On 31 March 2022, the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) established its data protection office (DPO). The DPO is tasked with overseeing the implementation of Law No. 058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy.
